Ur Storytellers Storytelling Training | Apr. 9th

Storytelling is a training facilitated by Ur Storytellers in collaboration with the City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbility Services (DBHIDS). This training is one of many that are approved as a required prerequisite for applicants who want to pursue the goal of becoming a Certified Peer Specialist. Our goal is to inform the recovery and faith-based communities on how to share their stories and the importance of sharing them in community settings. This training will be 4 hrs. in length, delivered in a PowerPoint format, and interactive activities enhance this training. After the conclusion of the training, all participants will receive a certificate of completion.
